Natural honey's crystallize over time, this is a normal process of nature.  We use this natural process to produce a very smooth, spreadable honey which has a light delicate flavor and a texture that is a true palate satisfying experience.  Exceptional for eating on apples slices, spreading on toast or muffins, mixing in a fruit bowl and great for melting into a nice hot cup of herbal tea.
